Our Condos
MirafloresRentals.com features two premium, fully-equpped condos. The first unit is a three bedroom, three bath fourth floor unit in the Santa Maria building on Colon. The second unit is a Three bedroom, three bathroom second-floor unit on Porta. Both units are on quiet streets within walking distance to all the top locations in Miraflores, and minutes by Taxi to all Lima has to offer. Both condos are seismically certified and both are 100+ Square meters or 1070+ Square feet in size. Amenities include large Plasma/LED TVs, Wireless High-Speed internet access, Digital cable, and Telephone access. The units also have hot running water, fully-equipped kitchens and laundry facilities.
Miraflores
Miraflores is a suburb of Lima, located just south of Central Lima. Situated on the cliffs above the ocean, Miraflores is home to modern office buildings and high rises, with a few colonial style homes and hotels mixed in. It also has some beautiful green spaces along the cliff tops overlooking the water. Locals use the cliffs for hang gliding and the beaches below are frequented by surfers. Miraflores is one of the more affluent suburbs and generally considered to be a safer area of the city. Travelers often choose to stay in this area because of the great restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and beautiful surroundings.
